On Sept. 3, the ever-changing Periodic: A Pop-Up Shop welcomed its latest brand — glassybaby. The beloved Seattle hand-blown glass company hosted its by-appointment-only seconds sale featuring perfectly imperfect glassybaby items.
Founded in 1988 by a three-time cancer survivor who found hope and healing in the light of a handmade votive, glassybaby is on a mission to give back. Since 2001 the company has donated over $10 million to charities that provide hope and healing to people, animals and the planet.
All proceeds during this particular seconds sale go to Seattle Animal Shelter, fostering safe, healthy and caring relationships between people and animals in our community.
